Do You Have Low T?

Signs of Low Testosterone in Men

Low testosterone rarely announces itself. It shows up as a slow decline men often write off as getting older, working too much, or not sleeping well.

Fatigue that sleep doesn't fix

Eight hours in bed and still flat by mid-afternoon.

Low libido or weaker erections

Often the first symptom men notice, and the last one they mention.

Losing muscle, gaining fat

Especially around the midsection, despite training the same way.

Brain fog

Word-finding trouble, losing your train of thought, harder to focus.

Irritability or low mood

Shorter fuse, less patience, less interest in things you used to enjoy.

Poor recovery

Workouts that used to take a day to bounce back from now take three.

Symptoms alone are not a diagnosis. Low testosterone is confirmed with morning blood work reviewed alongside your history. Read the full guide to TRT

Getting Here

Driving to Us From Post Falls & Coeur d'Alene

Prime Body Solutions is at 2110 N Molter Road, Suite 119, Liberty Lake, WA — the first exit past the state line. For most North Idaho men it is a shorter drive than crossing Coeur d'Alene at rush hour.

Post Falls, ID

About 12 minutes

We treat men from across Post Falls — Riverbend, Prairie Avenue, Seltice Way, and north toward Rathdrum. If you work in the Riverbend industrial corridor, we are closer to your job than most clinics in your own city.

Route: I‑90 west from Exit 5 or Exit 7, cross the state line, take Exit 296 (Liberty Lake). Right on Molter Road. Suite 119.

Coeur d'Alene, ID

About 22 minutes

Patients drive in from downtown CDA, Riverstone, the Fort Grounds, and up through Hayden and Dalton Gardens. It is a clean freeway run — no lake traffic and no summer tourist crawl on Sherman Avenue.

Route: I‑90 west from Exit 12 or Exit 11, straight through Post Falls, Exit 296 (Liberty Lake). Right on Molter Road. Suite 119.

Yes, Idaho Residents Can Be Treated Here

This is the question we get most from North Idaho. Dr. Belkoff holds an active Idaho medical license in addition to Washington, so you are treated as his patient regardless of which side of the state line you live on.

Most patients do their initial consultation and exam in person at the Liberty Lake clinic, then handle follow‑ups by telehealth from home. Your lab orders go to Quest Diagnostics locations in Idaho — so you draw blood in Post Falls or Coeur d'Alene, not across the state line, and never every 90 days just for bloodwork.

Risks You Should Know Before Starting

Testosterone therapy is a prescription medication with real risks. Any clinic that will not discuss them is not one to trust with your hormones.

Monitored every quarter

The most common significant effect is an elevated red blood cell count, which is why hemoglobin and hematocrit are on every panel. Elevated estradiol, acne, and water retention are usually resolved with a dose adjustment.

Discuss before you start

Testosterone suppresses fertility, can worsen existing sleep apnea, and carries a class‑wide FDA warning for increased blood pressure. It can also accelerate growth of an existing prostate cancer, which is why a baseline PSA is required.

Who should not start

Men with active prostate or breast cancer, men actively trying to conceive, men with untreated severe sleep apnea, uncontrolled heart failure, or an unevaluated elevated PSA. Not a complete list, and not medical advice.

North Idaho Questions

What Post Falls & Coeur d'Alene Men Ask

Can an Idaho resident get TRT at a Washington clinic?

Yes. Dr. Cody Belkoff, DO holds active medical licenses in both Idaho and Washington, so residents of Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, and Rathdrum can be treated at Prime Body Solutions in Liberty Lake, WA.

Where do Idaho patients get blood drawn?

Prime Body Solutions orders labs through Quest Diagnostics, so Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene patients draw blood at a Quest location in Idaho. You do not need to cross the state line for routine quarterly bloodwork.

Do I have to drive over for every appointment?

No. Most patients come to Liberty Lake for the initial consultation and exam, then complete follow-ups by telehealth from home in Idaho.

How far is the clinic from Post Falls?

About 12 minutes. Prime Body Solutions is at 2110 N Molter Road, Suite 119, Liberty Lake, WA 99019, at I-90 Exit 296, the first exit west of the Idaho state line. Coeur d'Alene is about 22 minutes. Free parking is available in front of the suite.

Do you take Idaho insurance plans?

No. Prime Body Solutions is a cash-pay practice at $150 per month with no contract and no minimum term. HSA and FSA cards are generally accepted and itemized receipts are provided. This is current pricing and is not a price guarantee.

What if my testosterone came back “normal”?

Total testosterone is only part of the picture. Much of it is bound to SHBG and unavailable to your tissues, so a man at 450 with high SHBG can have less usable testosterone than a man at 320. We measure total T, free T, SHBG, and sensitive estradiol together, alongside your symptoms.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required. Book a free consultation directly. If you would like us to coordinate with your primary care physician in Idaho, we are glad to with your written authorization.

How soon will I feel different?

Most men notice improved energy and mood within three to six weeks, and changes in libido at four to eight weeks. Body composition changes generally take three to six months. Individual response varies.
